How to choose factory illumination
The choice of lights in the factory is directly related to the illuminance of the working environment, which also directly affects the work efficiency, so it is very important to choose the factory lighting. Illuminance standard for industrial building lighting includes the need to increase the part lighting of the operation and brightness values should be 1-3 times according to the general lighting illuminance value. In addition, the specific workplace lighting standards of different factories should be designed according to the regulations of relevant industries.

Principles about choosing factory light fittings:
1. Maintenance and safety should be considered.
2. Plant which has explosive gas or dust should choose dust-proof, waterproof or led explosion proof lamp. Control switch should not be installed in the same place. If needed to be installed in the same place, explosion-proof type switch must be used.
3. Wet indoor and outdoor space should choose the enclosed lamps with water outlet or the open-type lamps with waterproof opening.
4. Hot and dusty places should use spotlight.
5. When there is corrosive gases and especially damp indoor, sealed lamps are necessary. The components of the lamps should be embalmed treatment. The switch equipment with protection device is needed.
6. Dusty indoor places, according to the discharge of the dust and its character, should use completely enclosed lamps and lanterns.
7. Lamps which may have mechanical injury, should have protective net and shockproof device.
The factory is a production and processing place, the main purpose of industrial lighting is to raise productivity, ensure production safety and form a comfortable visual environment. The relationship between lighting and work efficiency is inseparable, and the efficiency of the whole production is affected by luminous effect.
So in the design of factory lighting illumination, on the basis of the corresponding lighting standards and the needs of the actual site, as well as reasonable illumination calculation, installation of lamps and guarantee the lighting levels, it will reduce impact caused by inadequate lighting.
